Stepper Motor Drives         A Motor Driver is an essential device that provides the required voltage and current to a stepper motor so that it gets a smooth operation. This is a DC type Motor that turns in steps. To design a stepper motor driver, selection of proper power supply, microcontroller, and the motor driver is very important. We know that microcontrollers can be used to rotate the motor, but while designing the driver, we have to focus on voltage and current. A single motor driver board can handle the currents and voltages for a motor. A Stepper motor turns exactly using a controller by synchronizing the pulse signals with the help of a Driver. This motor driver takes the pulse signals from a microcontroller and then changes them into the motion of the stepper motor.

Our Tuning Free Servo Motors are traditional servo solutions where the encoder provides feedback to the driver and all motion is controlled through a Position Counter. Use of the limited duty region is available for short periods of time where more torque is required.

Our Short Range Servo Motors are closed loop as well and utilize a different motor technology where as they provide maximum torque throughout their entire speed torque range without the concern of operating in the limited duty region. Fuji's proprietary control algorithm achieves a speed and frequency response at 3.2kHz, the highest level in the industry. This reduces the tact time, enabling high-speed control.  The maximum instantaneous torque of the servo motor is now as high as 350%.  The encoder resolution is now as high as 24 bits. This provides much higher control precision than before, enabling high-precision control. Standard equipment includes the STO function defined in the international standard IEC61800-5-2. In addition, the WSU-ST1 option adds support for SS1, SLS, SBC, and SSM. These safety functions can be easily configured with parameters.
